How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order, so there are two steps: production (2–5 business days) and shipping (3–8 business days within the US). Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–9 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship within the US and to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer, and customs duties or import taxes from your country, if any, are your responsibility. Free shipping on 2+ items applies to US orders only.

What sizes do you carry?

S through XXL on every piece, cut oversized. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a truer oversized fit — check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are sent to production almost immediately after checkout, so changes or cancellations usually aren't possible once the order is placed. Double-check your size and shipping address before confirming.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

That's on us to fix. Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number, and we'll sort out a replacement. Full details on our Refund & Returns page.

Can I return or exchange a size?

Since every piece is printed on demand specifically for your order, we're not able to offer exchanges or change-of-mind returns at this time — only misprinted, damaged, or incorrect items qualify. See our Refund & Returns page for the full policy.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production.
