Made to Order

Every piece is printed specifically for your order after you check out. Because of this, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons.

What Is Covered

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

How To Request One

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order with: your order number, a photo of the item showing the issue, and a brief description of what went wrong. We'll take it from there.

Return Shipping

Please don't ship anything back without instructions from us first — our return address is set up for our fulfillment partner, and unsolicited returns sent elsewhere may not be processed correctly.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, the fastest path is requesting a refund (if your order qualifies above) and placing a new order.
